ORGANIC AND BIODYNAMIC farm

A farm of 64.71 hectares of organic farmland is for sale, with a building of 860 m2 of warehouse and 970 m2 of house. The estate is currently  in full capacity and the cultivation area is destined to vineyards, almond trees, olive groves and hazelnuts. A variety of natural, organic and biodynamic wines are produced, which guarantees an organoleptic quality superior to other wines made using industrial processes. Demeter Spain Certification. The requirements of Demeter Certification are higher than those required of organic products. We use environmentally friendly techniques, we do not use synthetic chemicals, fertilizers, fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides that can be harmful. It is located in the southeast corner of the municipality of Almansa (Albacete), next to the A-31 Alicante-Madrid motorway, which borders the Valencian Community. It has a Mediterranean climate  , with an average rainfall of 400 litres/m2/year. It has a legal well 400 m from the house. The water is 330 m deep, is drinkable and comes out at 30º. There is a low-voltage transformer at 400 m that can be used to extract water.

In addition, there is the possibility of continuing with the rental of the land attached to the 73 ha. estate under a royalty regime, as a right of exploitation.
